About Us

Vision

Our vision is to inform faith communities in the metropolitan St Louis area about a dynamic model for older adult ministries and to inspire them to engage in partnerships (clusters) using the SGSM Network model.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Network is to organize individual faith communities to build dynamic partnerships that coordinate, cooperate, and collaborate to improve the quality of life of older adults.

The mission of the partnerships within SGSM Network is to increase the quality of life, while maximizing the talents of older adults, to encourage successful aging by supporting our seniors’ ability to live safely in their homes, to promote physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellness for seniors, and to empower them to remain engaged in their communities.
